This is a video that I made to promote Jack Anthony & The Sirens album Live Sirens. With the core story behind the band being their immense success in the 1970s and subsequent disappearance and transformation into a long-lost music mystery, the best way to communicate the energy and lore behind their music visually was this spinning record in a smoky room. Through careful graphic design and animation in After Effects, this clip was completely computer generated. The finishing touch was a film emulation using Dehancer.
